SellerdeckPay is available in WooCommerce and Sellerdeck Desktop version 18.2.2 onwards and 16.1.3 onwards.

SellerdeckPay will be available in v18.2.2 onwards. If you already have a v18.1.X key you will not need a new key and can download the new version and upgrade your existing installation.

If you do not have a v18.1.X licence key, you will need to request this from admin@sellerdeck.com, which will require an active Cover or Desktop 365 contract. If you do not have an active contract please request a quote from experts@sellerdeck.com

There are no minimum fees. You only pay the rate for what you transact, when you transact.

There are no additional fees for Apple Pay, you just pay the same rate as SellerdeckPay.

Yes. If you already have an Amex MID then enter that when you fill out the application form for ClearAccept. If you want to sign up for Amex subsequently, contact support and we’ll arrange it.

There are no transaction limits for offline or online, however the fraud monitoring may block a transaction if it is unusually high in value. If this happens, please raise a support ticket.

Yes, there is a virtual terminal which is accessed from within Sellerdeck Desktop in the ‘New Order’ tab. The virtual terminal is PCI DSS Compliant

Currently, settlement is in GBP only. However, if you have a multi-currency requirement, please reach out to your Sellerdeck Account Manager who will connect you with a ClearAccept agent to discuss solutions.
