In addition to the standard Cover services, Sellerdeck also provides a Premium Cover offering for businesses that use Sellerdeck Business for SQL Server and Sellerdeck Enterprise or require guaranteed service levels.

Sellerdeck Premium Cover is a premium level service providing a dedicated and personalised technical support with a guaranteed response to all incidents reported. The service guarantees access to the most experienced members of Sellerdeck Support through a dedicated telephone hotline number and provides a rapid response and resolution to all incidents.

Emergency Out-of-Hours Support

Emergency out-of-hours support on weekends and selected holidays is available to all Premium and Enterprise Cover customers. This gives you peace of mind over weekends when you may have limited staff working in your company and you need to keep your business up and running. Lines are open between the hours of 10.00 and 16.00 on weekends and holidays.

Pricing

Sellerdeck Premium Cover are annual subscriptions (with monthly payment options). Pricing depends on the specific customer requirements and the size of the installation.
