File Sending Service

Securely Send Files to Sellerdeck Support

Due to GDPR, we can only accept a Sellerdeck Desktop "Support Snapshot" unless specifically requested otherwise. This means we don't receive your customers information. You can create a Support Snapshot via ‘Help > Troubleshooting’.

Sellerdeck Support will sometimes request files and snapshots in order to resolve problems more quickly. Because file sizes can be very large, we use a third-party service to ensure the process can be completed as speedily and securely as possible.

In order to send us your file, please attach your files below and complete the rest of the form. When you send you files, it would greatly help us if you could:

  • Incorporate your ticket number and company name in the filename (i.e. "23432-ACMELTD.acd")
  • Supply your email address
  • Enter your Company Name, Ticket Number and Support Agent into the note field

Files sent to Sellerdeck are automatically deleted after 60 days. If you would like the snapshot deleting sooner than that, please do not hesitate to ask. Please do not send files until they have been requested.
