File Sending

Need to send us a file? Please use the MailBigFile tool to send us your files. 

If you are sending a Sellerdeck Desktop Snapshot, due to GDPR, we can only accept a “Support Snapshot” unless specifically requested otherwise. This means we don’t receive your customer’s information. You can create a Support Snapshot via ‘Help > Troubleshooting’.

Please attach your files with the following details:

  • Support ticket number and company name in the filename (i.e. “23432-ABCLTD”)
  • Email address
  • Company Name, Ticket Number entered into the message field

NOTE: Select the recipient and enter in your email. This will then allow you to select and upload your file.

Files sent to Sellerdeck are automatically deleted after 30 days. If you want the data deleting sooner, please request this by emailing admin@sellerdeck.com. Please do not send files until they have been requested.
